The gun-grabbing ghouls of the Biden regime have proposed new unconstitutional controls over your private property essentially classifying any American who just sells a few guns as a 'firearms dealer'.

Until now, we used to value individual liberty and property rights, and you could sell your private property for a profit because it was - your property and not the government's.

But that was soooo… last week, and this is now and Beijing Biden wants that control to force you to an FFL for every transfer.

But wait, it gets even worse…

If all of that weren’t maddening enough, ATF ‘law enforcement’ will illegally record that transaction for an illegal gun registry for a future illegal gun confiscation.

You can look up the labyrinth of rules in the Federal Registry, designed to be as vague as possible to catch as many people as possible and force them to conduct the transfer through an FFL.

The ATF is barred by law from recording these, but this ‘law enforcement' bureau is doing it anyway.

When background checks were first introduced, private sales were meant as a safety measure to stop the government from creating a gun registry.  Now they want to get rid of that safety measure and create an illegal gun registry with this unconstitutional control over your private property.

So let me get this straight, while the ATF is illegally creating a gun registry and shutting down FFLs for picayune paperwork violations, you want to force innocent folks to have to get governmental permission to sell a gun so you can satisfy your control fetish.

A ‘Bipartisan’ compromise years ago gave us the background check system with the safety mechanism of private sales to stop the government from illegally creating a gun registration system.  Now, the ATF wants to exploit another recent ‘Bipartisan’ compromise - the ‘BSCA’ - destroy that safety mechanism to create an illegal gun registration system.

Where do the people go when ‘law enforcement’ violates the law?

What about the ATF not abiding by the law it’s supposed to be enforcing?

All the new rules are vague to snare anyone and the presumption of innocence has been reversed to where the people have to prove they aren’t guilty.  Can we apply the same logic to the ATF in it’s efforts to create an illegal gun registry?

We know that this is designed to force people to go to an FFL so that they ATF can illegally record the transaction.

We know that the ATF is targeting FFLs to illegally obtain gun registration information.

How are we supposed to obtain a background check from an FFL when you’re trying to close them down?

This is based on unconstitutional controls on private property.

These unconstitutional controls are designed to set up an illegal gun registry so that the gun grabbing ghouls can unconstitutionally confiscate the people’s means of self-defense.

The rules are deliberately vague to sow as much confusion as possible and for compliance with your unconstitutional edicts.

Why did you write those rules so incomprehensibly complex as to confuse everyone?

Aren’t you supposed to serve the taxpayers - the people who pay your salary - instead of forcing draconian edicts on them every 5 minutes?
