We’ve let you know with previous alerts of the plans of the gun grabber lobby in partnership with the ATF to impose useless and dangerous illegal gun registration.  These are unconstitutional property controls that will do nothing to keep anyone safe.

Thanks to the vote of 'Traitor Thom' Tillis (R-N.C.) the ATF and the gun grabber lobby are taking an inch of ‘compromise’ with the BSCA (Bipartisan Safer Communities Act) and screwing innocent gun owners a mile trying to force through universal gun registration on everyone, so they can have universal gun confiscation later on.

The bad news is that the Anti-freedom forces of the gun grabber lobby are hard at work, astroturfing 96% of the comments in favor of depriving you of your common-sense civil rights.

With 98% of those comments saying the same thing.

The good news is that you can still comment on this brand-new government overreach.

Remember, we’re on the right side of history defending our common-sense civil rights.

The gun grabbing ghouls want to take them away and are on the wrong side of history.

Why is it so important that you comment?

The primary reason is that this unconstitutional gun grabber overreach will ultimately be decided by the court system.  And we know from past experience that they take a cue from the comments.

We also don’t want to have the gun grabbing ghouls be the only ones out there with their astroturfing as the primary word on your common-sense civil rights.

A ‘Bipartisan’ compromise years ago gave us the background check system with the safety mechanism of private sales to stop the government from illegally creating a gun registration system.  Now, the ATF wants to exploit another recent ‘Bipartisan’ compromise - the ‘BSCA’ - destroy that safety mechanism to create an illegal gun registration system.

The vague mishmash of rules is designed to entrap innocent people, unconstitutionally control private property, and enable the ATF to compile an illegal gun registry.  Where do the people go when a government ‘law enforcement’ agency violates the law?

Shouldn’t the ATF dismiss all of the comments from the anti-freedom lobby that is just spamming the comments with the same message?

We know that GUNS SAVE LIVES and that depriving innocent people of their common-sense civil rights is extremely dangerous.

 We know that studies indicate that most households own a gun and that the FBI wildly underestimated the value of a good citizen with a gun in stopping violence by a factor of 8.

We know that this is just a naked attempt to set up an illegal gun registry, followed by illegal gun confiscation down the road. 

Take a look at the comments - they all say the same thing that means depriving the people of their common-sense civil rights.

They all sound like robots saying the same thing over and over - what’s the point in receiving ‘comments’ like that?

Why should a small group of people - who no doubt are protected by guns anyway -have the right to take them away from everyone else?

We know why the feral government is taking this step - it’s to setup an illegal and unconstitutional gun registration system that is a stepping stone to illegal and unconstitutional gun confiscation.

All the new rules are vague to snare anyone and the presumption of innocence has been reversed to where the people have to prove they aren’t guilty.  Can we apply the same logic to the ATF in it’s efforts to create an illegal gun registry?

We know that this is designed to force people to go to an FFL so that they ATF can illegally record the transaction.

We know that the ATF is targeting FFLs to illegally obtain gun registration information.

How are we supposed to obtain a background check from an FFL when you’re trying to close them down?

These unconstitutional controls are designed to set up an illegal gun registry so that the gun grabbing ghouls can unconstitutionally confiscate the people’s means of self-defense.

The rules are deliberately vague to sow as much confusion as possible and for compliance with your unconstitutional edicts.

The rules are deliberately designed to set the bar ridiculously low to almost catch anyone even thinking about selling a gun.

Why did you write those rules so incomprehensibly complex as to confuse everyone?

Aren’t you supposed to serve the taxpayers - the people who pay your salary - instead of forcing draconian edicts on them every 5 minutes?

Aren’t federal agencies supposed to follow the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?

Aren’t federal agencies supposed to follow Federal law?

How is making it more difficult to obtain a means of defense supposed to keep someone safe?
