SUPPORT HB 564 THE SECOND AMENDMENT FINANCIAL PRIVACY ACT |
HB 564 Would prohibit card networks from using firearms code in connection with a payment card transaction involving a firearms merchant located in the State. It would also prohibit card networks from maintaining a record of individuals residing in this State who own firearms and would prohibit discrimination against a firearms merchant based solely on the assignment or non-assignment of a firearms code.
Anti-liberty leftists are always coming up with new ways to take away your common-sense civil rights. Their latest little scheme is to track gun and ammunition purchases with new merchant category codes as a sneaky back-door registration scam. This is on top of their other gun-grabbing ways with unconstitutional ‘red flag’ gun confiscation orders and unconstitutional restrictions on your property rights. All are designed to destroy your individual liberty.
This is why House Bill 564 is so important, it would Prohibit the use of these codes to track you and your firearm purchases by the Anti-freedom folks that would love to confiscate your guns.

I’m writing to express my appreciation for your support of my common-sense civil right of self-defense. As well as protecting my privacy from the prying eyes of the anti-freedom gun grabbers.
HB 564 Would prohibit card networks from using firearm codes and prohibit card networks from maintaining a record of individuals who own firearms and would prohibit discrimination against firearms merchants.
I know they would like to impose merchant category codes as a sneaky back door registration scam, on top of all their other schemes to take away our 2nd amendment rights. Such as unconstitutional ‘red flag’ gun confiscation orders and unconstitutional restrictions on property rights.
