Confused by almost 550 gun laws being legally challenged in the wake of the historic SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen?
On the other hand, Joe Biden’s ATF is doing their best to bypass Congress by “reinterpreting” existing regulations. Not sure whether that pistol stabilizing brace, forced reset trigger or other device is legal, or whether the ATF will send you a certified letter … or even show up at your door? (Yes, they are doing that.)
