Mock v. Garland decision enjoins enforcement of pistol

Garland, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals just issued a preliminary injunction against enforcement of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) rule change on pistol stabilizing braces, remanding the case back down to U.S. District Court in Texas for reconsideration.
