Federal gun control is imminent. As you recall, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell tasked ten Republicans with coming up with a “compromise” with anti-gun Democrats. This “Surrender Caucus” will reportedly present the results of the Republican capitulation today.

The Senate gun control bill will reportedly contain:

► Federal bribes to states to pass “red flag” gun confiscation orders;

► Provisions to saddle more people with permanent firearms disabilities under a so-called “boyfriend loophole;”

► Restrictions on buyers of rifles under age 21;

► Restrictions on selling guns from private collections, requiring more gun transfers to be registered through the National Instant Background Check System.

Last chance to stop gun control!

Last weekend, Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), the lead Republican “compromiser,” got booed off the stage at the GOP convention in Houston. Last week, he said he was “through talking.” Meanwhile, our own Sen. “Traitor Thom” Tillis continued to sell you out by continuing talks with anti-gun Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT).

If they introduce the bill this week, it could pass before Congress’ July 4 recess … unless we deny them the 60 votes needed for “cloture” under Senate rules.
