April 6: When your rights are under attack, can you afford to miss it?

Last week you won a decisive battle for gun rights in getting HB 17, from which the NC House had stripped restaurant carry, displaced from the calendar in order to prevent political backroom deals. Now GRNC wants to teach you how to make that happen again...and again, and again.

GRNC seminar this year will be twice as good...

Each year, as GRNC president, I have taught a dedicated cadre of volunteers the tools and tactics which have made GRNC successful year in, year out, in hostile as well as friendly political climates, since 1994. But this year we have found a gem which will improve on even that -- a nationally published and interviewed author and pundit who has expanded the tactics we were taught in the 1990s and will show you how to beat leftists at their own game.

In the morning, Dr. Daughtry's workshop will teach you how to anticipate leftist tactics and beat them. In the afternoon, I will show you how to apply Daughtry's principles to politics and the legislative process in order to advance the gun rights agenda.

GRNC 'Waking the Sleeping Giant' Workshop

This four-hour skills workshop is based on the book "Waking the Sleeping Giant: How Mainstream Americans Can Beat Liberals at Their Own Game." While mainstream America has slept, the liberal minority has carried out a “long march” through our cultural institutions, designed to weaken the cultural foundations of liberty. In this workshop, we will cover:

•    Why the liberal minority is so successful politically

•    Recognizing and countering the most common liberal tactics

•    Staying calm and focused when dealing with liberal tactics

•    Turning liberal attacks against the attacker

•    Getting liberals to argue with themselves

•    Hitting hard without coming across as negative or emotional

•    Using different strategies with hardcore liberals and misinformed liberals
