It appears as though the NC Senate Rules Committee will be considering HB 746 on Tuesday. It is important that Republican members of the committee hear from gun owners, in order to remind the Senators of the proper course of action.

Dear Senator,
On Thursday, Senate leader Phil Berger said, “The people of North Carolina expect their elected officials to keep their word.”
I could not agree more with the senator, and I am writing to insist that Mr. Berger, you, and indeed all Senate Republicans keep the promises of the Republican Party’s platform. The platform plainly states: “We support constitutional carry statutes and salute the states that have passed them.” To hold to your own party’s platform, you must pass the gun rights bill, HB 746, now.
I will be monitoring your actions on this important issue through alerts from Grass Roots North Carolina.
