Very recently, a couple of matters have come to our attention that allow for some online activism. Below, you'll find a couple of short explanations of what's going on, and what you can do about it. Kindly take a moment to review and act on these items, which really do need the public's attention, especially the attention of gun rights advocates like you. . .
Dr. John Lott Suspended from Twitter:
Our friends at Ammoland.com have published information about the Twitter suspension of gun rights researcher, John Lott. Lott, President of the Crime Prevention Research Center, is being throttled by the powers at Twitter for a tweet about the New Zealand mass shooting, which was 100% factual (and was from March!).
We recommend you spread the word on this happening. This new tactic now being used by left wing social media companies---silencing the opposition must be exposed as often as it occurs in order to shine the light on these dark practices. Please tweet and post about this unjust event as to shame Twitter in front of an audience that is as large as possible.

Sign the 'We the People' Petition
Unfortunately, the White House's website currently states that the "Second Amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms." (emphasis ours).
It's true that citizens have the right to bear arms, but any student of human rights knows that, by definition, declarations of this sort do not give anyone their rights. Properly understood and stated, these declarations simply recognize and protect human rights, rights that citizens have because they are born, not because a government granted them.
It is wholly incorrect and inappropriate to discuss rights enumerated in the Constitution as though they come from anywhere but above. A government that can give you rights can take them as well. Truly, no one can take your rights away outside the confines of proper and just due process. Apparently, the White House needs to be corrected on this point.
A petition is available to demand that the White house correct its explanation of the Second Amendment. When the White House speaks, people listen, and this is not the sort of attitude that should be seeping into the national consciousness. This must be corrected.
