It’s true, after making the decision to stop selling so-called “assault style” weapons, and explicitly pledging to discriminate against some of its shoppers, Dick’s has now decided to keep digging, because apparently these more passive sleights against law-abiding gun owners weren’t enough. Dick’s (and Field & Stream) corporate leaders have now taken steps to squelch your gun rights with the full force of the powerful federal government. Dick’s has hired gun control lobbyists to slink the halls of Congress!

What is it when large corporations team up with the government to be a driving force in controlling the population? Several labels may fit, and you can pick one, but as we now know, it’s definitely something Dick’s would do, and it’s not in alignment with a free country.
