GRNC Needs Your Help at the Office in Raleigh

Tim Kattermann, long-time GRNC/RWI office volunteer, will end his tour of duty with us at the end of 2003.  Tim has been such an active part of the office that we suspect it may take more than one person to take on his role.  Thus we are putting out a call for one or more new volunteers in the Raleigh area to help out at our office in Raleigh.  We would like to recruit more than one person in order to spread the duties more equitably and provide for backup and better cross training.

Office responsibilities include processing for membership renewals and donations, sending email notifications, redistribution and / or filing of received US mail items, handling voice messages left at the office, providing support as needed for active GRNC volunteers, and other administrative duties.  Briefing on details of this work will be provided.  These volunteer office workers are particularly valuable when the General Assembly is in-session and during election season.

If you are interested in serving the cause of freedom in this capacity, please contact the Office Manager, Alan Roberts, via email at Office@GRNC.org

GRNC Needs Database Entry Skills

Have you wondered what you could do to help keep your constitutionally guaranteed freedoms?  Search no more!

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic freedom lover to use his or her excellent typing skills to assist with maintenance of the GRNC database.  This individual will need strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.  Tasks will include entering new member info from various GRNC forms and updating existing records as members renew or send us mailing address and email address information.  Basic knowledge of MS Access would be a great plus.  It would be ideal if this volunteer lives near enough to Raleigh to pick up forms at the Cameron Village office.

Any volunteers would have to sign a confidentiality agreement.  Specifics are provided in documents and will be discussed in detail with the candidate(s).

If you are interested in serving the cause of freedom in this capacity, please contact the Director of Member Services, Richard Odom, via email at Membership@GRNC.org
