It shall be unlawful for any person willfully and
intentionally to carry concealed about his person any bowie
knife, dirk, dagger, slung shot, loaded cane, metallic
knuckles, razor, shurikin, stun gun, or other deadly weapon
of like kind, except when the person is on
the person's own premises.
It shall be unlawful for a person, with or without a permit, to carry a
concealed handgun while consuming alcohol or at any time while the person has
remaining in his body any alcohol or in his blood a controlled substance
previously consumed.
§ 14-415.16. Renewal of permit.
