Forsyth County Gun Rights Supporters:

As the most effective gun rights organization in the state, Grass Roots North Carolina has defended the right to keep and bear arms since 1994. In the May 6 Republican Primary Election, the Grass Roots North Carolina Political Victory Fund recommends that you vote DAVE GRIFFITH for SHERIFF.

An accomplished law enforcement professional who deeply respects the Second Amendment right to bear arms, DAVE GRIFFITH scored a perfect 100% on GRNC’s candidate survey, earning GRNC’s highest 4-star evaluation. He has promised to reform burdensome gun permit requirements.

By contrast, incumbent William T. Schatzman has obstructed concealed handgun applications by lawful citizens and illegally demanded employment information from applicants. The other candidate in the race, Clifton J. Kilby, Jr., refused to answer GRNC’s candidate survey, indicating he doesn’t want you to know where he stands on guns. What is Kilby hiding?
