'Patriot' games: FBI detains North Carolina teen

As has
recently been reported, a North Carolina teen has been
dragged from his Oxford, NC home and detained in an
Indiana facility for allegedly making bomb threats.
Seemingly confirming the fears of opponents of the
so-called Patriot Act, the teen was taken in a March
5 raid on his house and sent to the facility far from
his home, accused of being a terrorist and has thus
far been denied due process of the law. His parents
have been allowed only limited access to their son.
GRNC is aware of this situation and is investigating.
In the mean time you as North Carolinians and
Americans should contact our US Senators and demand
and investigation of this.

Dear Senator:
I am very concerned regarding the detention of
16-year-old Ashton Lundeby under the provisions of the
Patriot Act. He had thus far been denied his rights of
due process. The founders of this country never
envisioned a time in America when natural born
citizens would be spirited away in the night and not
given their day in court.
Please use all the power of your office to investigate
this matter.
